Dear Faculty, Staff and Students,

This week, Rowan University achieved two key milestones in its integration of the School of Osteopathic Medicine and the graduate programs in Stratford, and its development as a research university. First, Rowan’s complex substantive change application was approved by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, a critical step toward safeguarding SOM’s accreditation at this time of transition. Second, Rowan’s submission to the New Jersey Department of Higher Education for capital funding under the Building our Future Bond Act and related sources of support included a project important to the Stratford campus that has been in planning for many years – the expansion of the Academic Center, the new road providing direct access to the campus from Route 30, the White Horse Pike, and additional parking.

Please click here to see the letter from Rowan President Dr. Ali A. Houshmand for more information about these and other exciting developments.

Thank you for your continued support at this time of change.

My best regards,

Thomas A. Cavalieri, DO
Dean
