Telephone and computer services are obtained at http://umdheat01/trs/ttindex.aspx. The Online Service Request System (OSR) enables customers to, via Internet, both create and check the status of their service requests. If you have not previously contacted the Service Center, you will need to do so before you can submit an OSR. For additional information, please email email@example.com and provide the word OSR in the subject line.
Please continue to telephone in all trouble requests to the Technology Service Center at 3-3200 or (856) 566-6437. Trouble requests submitted via the OSR system will not be processed.
