The UMDNJ Society of Research Scholars was founded in 2008. The program continues to provide scholarships for students who have demonstrated excellence in their undergraduate courses and research.The awards originate from the Foundation of UMDNJ’s Program Committee, which provides grants and scholarships to support research and education at the University.
