Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at the School of Osteopathic Medicine. The office is located in the Academic Center, Suite 210. Please feel free to stop by and we will be glad to help you. The major functions of the office are listed below. (Please note that these services are for Students, former Students and Alumni of the School of Osteopathic Medicine only). If you need verification or documentation from another school at UMDNJ, please contact the Registrar's Office at that school even if you took courses on the Stratford campus.

- Verifying enrollment and "good standing," dates of attendance and graduation (for current and former students and alumni of SOM only)
- Certifying documents for loan deferment and Veterans Administration (for SOM students only)
- Official course rosters, address changes and name changes
- Transcript requests (for current and former students and alumni of SOM)
- Reviewing education records including review of clinical evaluations
- Processing applications for electives and non-credit experiences
- New Jersey residency status applications
