Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. The office is located in the Academic Center, Suite 210. (Please note that these services are for Students and Alumni of the School of Osteopathic Medicine only). - Review of education records including review of clinical evaluations
- Process applications for electives and extramural experiences
- Applications for New Jersey residency status
- Education record encumbrances
- Commencement (Academic Attire, Diplomas, Commencement Program)
