Combined Degree Programs
Overview
UMDNJ-SOM has established cooperative and collaborative educational efforts with other UMDNJ schools, as well as other New Jersey schools of higher education, promoting the integration of the multiple health professions in order to provide comprehensive primary care health services to the residents of New Jersey.
UMDNJ-SOM cooperates with Rutgers University School of Law, Camden Campus to prepare future physicians for joint careers in medicine and law.
A joint program with the UMDNJ-Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences has resulted in the establishment of the D.O.-Ph.D. program.
UMDNJ’s Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences offers the Masters of Biomedical Sciences Program as an evening program for students seeking an interdisciplinary Masters degree.
The UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine, in conjunction with the UMDNJ-School of Public Health, Stratford/Camden Campus, offers a program leading to a dual degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and Master of Public Health (MPH).
