Physician Systems
Physician Systems provides system support of physician billing and scheduling in support of the Faculty Practice Plan. System services include consultation, design, implementation, maintenance, support and new initiatives. Requests for consultation or assistance contact the IST Help Desk at (856) 566-6437 or 6-3200.
Telephone and computer services are obtained at http://iheat.umdnj.edu/heatselfservice. The Online Service Request System (OSR) enables customers to, via Internet, both create and check the status of their service requests. If you have not previously contacted the Service Center, you will need to do so before you can submit an OSR. Please continue to telephone in all trouble requests to the action line at 3-3200 or (732)743-3200. Trouble requests submitted via the OSR system will not be processed.
