Special Events

Special Events on campus are defined as conferences or seminars that include more than 25 persons and involve non-University visitors or special guests. Completion of a Special Events form will assist you in covering all the aspects of a successful event.

If you are planning such an event, please contact the UMDNJ-SOM Marketing Department at 856 566-6149 or the Special Events Coordinator to receive the Special Events form.

Depending on the size and nature of your event, they may be able to assist in the planning and promotion efforts, helping to insure a successful event.
